User Choice: You control when AI processing occurs. Message content is only processed when you voluntarily click an AI feature button within the extension.

• Secure Transmission: Selected message content is securely transmitted to our AI partners (primarily OpenAI) solely for the purpose of generating the requested reply.
• Encryption: All data in transit is protected by end-to-end HTTPS encryption.
• No Marketing Use: Third-party AI providers are used solely to process and generate requested AI responses in accordance with their own policies and applicable privacy standards.

4. Data Sharing & Human Access

• Account Deletion: You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@wa-quick-reply.com.
• Uninstallation: You can uninstall the extension at any time through the Chrome Extensions manager, which will immediately cease all data processing.

WA QuickReply is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with data, we will take immediate steps to delete such information.
